Kabir Bakul wrote lyrics of the song titled Ki Chao Tumi? Music video of the song, which was released recently, has already been appreciated by the listeners.
While talking about the song Manam Ahmed said, “While composing its music I believed the song will be perfect in voices of Rauma and Asif. Both of them rendered outstandingly well.”

The inaugural edition of Click in Bangla will air on Saturday, 6 January, on Channel i in Bangladesh. It will later be available on the BBC News Bangla website bbc.com/bangla and YouTube channel. BBC Probaho will now air on Mondays and Thursdays, with the first new-look programme to be broadcast on Monday, 8 January.

The BBC’s comprehensive TV guide to the latest technology news, Click, is being made available in Bangla for the first time. Produced and presented by Afroza Neela and Faisal Titumir, the weekly programme will bring 22 minutes of the latest on gadgets, games and apps from around the world as well as the latest technological innovations that people in different countries are using to improve their lives. There will be a special focus on reports from Bangladesh.

The twice-weekly BBC Probaho will be broadcast from a studio incorporating new branding which now features across all BBC News Bangla platforms. The new weekly TV current-affairs show, BBC Probaho, will deliver in-depth reporting and live studio interviews, covering international and business stories. Presented by BBC Bangla’s Sharmin Rauma and co-produced with Channel-i, the programme will directly engage with the audiences. It will be broadcast live by Channel-i from its Dhaka studios.

Fran Unsworth is visiting Dhaka alongside the Controller of BBC World Service Languages Liliane Landor and Executive Director of the BBC’s international development charity, BBC Media Action, Caroline Nursey.

Prominent singer and devoted journalist, Sharmin Rahman Rauma has successfully made her mark in both the entertainment and journalism industries in Bangladesh with her promising work. Her father, AKM Bazlur Rahman, was the inspiration behind her journalistic career, whereas her mother Shajeda Rahman motivated her to be a singer.

Rauma started her journalistic career as a television programme host for Channel i in 2000. She eventually moved to ATN Bangla as a host and news presenter, and worked there for 14 years.
